Every day, Simpson Water helps customers with water-related problems and emergencies. Our on-call personnel respond to emergencies 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Should you call us or a plumber?
Our on-call personnel are available whenever you need them. However, there are some problems that require the services of a licensed plumber and not Simpson Water.
As shown in the diagram below, Simpson Water is responsible for all facilities that lead up to your water meter, including the water meter. All water lines and plumbing past the water meter are owned by the customer and are the customer's responsibility. If the problem is on the "customer's" side of the meter, a plumber will need to resolve the problem.
We're here to help. If you're not sure who to call, contact us at 270.598.9926 or after hours at 270.586.8106. We'll do our best to assist you in determining the source of the problem. Our primary goal is to provide assistance, but if we respond to an emergency and determine the problem is not related to our facility, you will be charged a service call fee to cover the cost of the visit.
